Event Details

Beyond ‘what is it?’ towards ‘how do you do it well?’ Service Design Thinks is a forum for conversation and discussion around service design practice.

The second Service Design Thinks event will focus on the idea of 'service design at scale'. We've got three really interesting speakers representing very different approaches to service design practice who'll be sharing their experiences of designing for, and working at, large scale in services.

They'll be presenting inspiring stories and projects that focus on large scale service designs or design in large scale service organisations. They'll be answering questions like:

  • How do you plan for scale in your service design?
  • How to you cope with rapid scaling of your service design if you didn't plan for it?
  • How do you innovate at scale across large service organisations?
  • What's different about designing for scale?

We'll have plenty of time for questions, and of course, in the sprit of the SD Drinks events there'll be plenty of time afterwards for drinking! Our speakers are:
